My son and I just watched the first three episodes of the Obi-Wan TV series on Disney+ and I thought I might start a thread here.
As the subject line suggests, there be spoilers here.

I love the fact that they are bridging the time between Episode III Revenge of the Sith and Episode IV A New Hope. In the chronology there would be roughly 18 years between the two, and they picked ten years after Revenge, so roughly halfway in between. It's an era which is interesting to me and it seems like they ought to have done something in this timespan before this. I like Darth Vader a lot as a villain and feel like we have never really gotten to see him in action much before now.
Thus, a short chronology looks something like this:
Year 00 -- Events of Revenge of the Sith. Birth of the twins.
Year 10 -- Events of the Obi-Wan TV series.
Year 18 -- Rogue One, and then A New Hope.
We learn that Obi-Wan was unaware that Anakin survived. That's interesting. I assume that he had heard of "Darth Vader" but hadn't made the connection.
Much of the third TV episode (I can see that using the word "episode" is going to be confusing, but I'm not sure what is a better alternative) is like a horror movie, with Vader "doing a Terminator" and continuing to just keep coming. That was really fun.
Overall I liked the way they wrote some of Leia's lines. They sound like what a young Leia might have said.
