That's why I suggested dropping the titles all together. Go with a Level 1 threat. A Level 2 threat. And a Level 3 threat. Or, use no labels at all. Just have 5, 10, and 15 difficulty.
Indeed, this seems like the best idea. I was falling on that in practice, most of the time.
This means I have to reinterpret the modules a bit and the DNs they propose for the different challenges.

Are you sure 4D vs 10 is 98% chance of success? I'm not good at math. You need to roll two 2s and two 3s. No, sorry. I guess I was doing things quick and messed up. That, or it was a typo. I see I got it right in that same post right above where I wrote the 98%. I edited that post. You need to roll 2s and 3s to fail (roll 9-), which is why it's a 90% chance to succeed. 4D for 10+ (10 or better) is 90%. 4D 5+ = 99+% (close to 100%) 10+ = 90% 15+ = 44% 20+ = 5% 30+ = 0%
